1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Titanborn Research LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, governing your access to and use of titanbornresearch.com and all products and services offered therein. By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to access this Site or purchase any products. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and are purchasing products solely for legitimate scientific, laboratory, or in-vitro research purposes. You are not purchasing products for personal use, human consumption, veterinary use, or resale for such purposes.
3. Nature of Products — Research Use Only
All products sold by Titanborn Research LLC are designated strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research use only. Our products are not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or medical devices. They have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety or efficacy in humans or animals, are not approved for human or veterinary use, and must not be administered to humans or animals.
4. Compliance with Applicable Law
Customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase, import, possession, storage, and use of any products ordered from Titanborn Research complies with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws and regulations, including the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, the Controlled Substances Act, and applicable state laws governing research chemicals.
5. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of order. Titanborn Research reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason including pricing errors, product availability, or concerns regarding intended use.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Titanborn Research ships to addresses within the United States where permitted by applicable law. All products are shipped as research chemicals for laboratory use only. Title to products and risk of loss transfer to Customer upon shipment. Titanborn Research is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages that occur during shipping, or for products seized or detained by customs authorities.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Chargebacks
Due to the nature of research chemicals, all sales are final. We do not accept returns of opened or used products. In the event of a documented product defect, shipping damage, or incorrect item received, Customer must contact Titanborn Research within 7 days of receipt at edward@titanbornresearch.com with order number, photographic documentation, and a description of the issue.
Chargebacks. If you believe a charge is incorrect or you have a problem with your order, you agree to contact Titanborn Research at edward@titanbornresearch.com to resolve the matter before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer. Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue directly with us — or initiating a chargeback for an order that was delivered as described — constitutes a breach of these Terms. Because every order requires the Customer’s affirmative acknowledgment that products are purchased solely for research use, and because order fulfillment and delivery are documented, Titanborn Research will contest illegitimate or fraudulent chargebacks and may submit the Customer’s order records, research-use acknowledgment, and delivery confirmation as supporting evidence. Customers who initiate fraudulent or bad-faith chargebacks may be permanently barred from future orders and may be referred for collection of the disputed amount and any associated fees.
8. Product Quality and Testing
Titanborn Research enforces a minimum 99% purity threshold on all products we carry. Every batch is independently tested by U.S.-based, ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited third-party laboratories. A Certificate of Analysis is provided with every order, verifiable via QR code linking to the laboratory’s hosted results.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Titanborn Research disclaims all warranties including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TITANBORN RESEARCH LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products. In no event shall Titanborn Research’s total liability exceed the amount paid by Customer for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Titanborn Research LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Site or products, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law, or any use of our products for human consumption or any purpose other than legitimate laboratory research.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
13. Order Monitoring and Anti-Diversion
Titanborn Research is committed to ensuring its products are sold only for legitimate laboratory and in-vitro research purposes. We monitor orders and purchasing patterns for indicators of diversion, resale, or intent to use products outside the research-use-only framework. Titanborn Research reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason, to refuse, cancel, delay, or limit any order; to request additional information or verification regarding the purchaser or the intended research use; and to decline to sell to any individual or entity where we have concerns that products may be diverted to human or animal consumption or any non-research purpose. Every product batch is assigned a unique batch identifier and accompanied by a batch-specific Certificate of Analysis, and order records are retained to support traceability, verification, and regulatory compliance.
