Every product offered by Titanborn Research is supplied strictly as a laboratory research compound for in-vitro investigation and is sold for research use only. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.

1.Research Use Only

All compounds sold by Titanborn Research are intended exclusively for legitimate laboratory and scientific research conducted by, or under the supervision of, qualified individuals in a controlled setting. Products are sold on a research-use-only basis and have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or any comparable regulatory authority for human or veterinary use. No product offered here is a finished pharmaceutical product.

2.No Medical or Professional Advice

Content on this website — including product descriptions, reference materials, articles, mechanism summaries, certificates of analysis, and any other information — is provided for general scientific reference and research-documentation purposes only. It is not medical, veterinary, legal, or professional advice, and it does not constitute a recommendation, protocol, or instruction for use in or on humans or animals. We make no representation that any product is safe or effective for any in-vivo purpose.

3.Qualified Researcher Requirement

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to purchase and handle research compounds in your jurisdiction;
• You are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of a research institution, laboratory, or business engaged in legitimate scientific research;
• You possess the training, facilities, and equipment necessary to handle, store, and dispose of research compounds safely and lawfully;
• You will use all products solely for in-vitro research and for no other purpose; and
• The information you provide to us is true, accurate, and complete.

4.Researcher Validation & Verification Consent

To protect the integrity of our research-use-only model, Titanborn Research reserves the right to verify the identity and information of any customer. By placing an order, you consent to reasonable verification measures, which may include confirming the accuracy of submitted contact and business information and reviewing the IP-based location associated with your order. We may, in our sole discretion, request additional documentation, hold an order pending verification, or decline, cancel, or refund any order where the information provided appears false or incomplete, where verification cannot be completed, or where the intended use appears to fall outside the scope of permitted research use.

5.Annual Research Documentation

As part of maintaining a customer account in good standing and supporting our research-use-only recordkeeping, Titanborn Research may request, on a periodic basis (no more than annually), a brief description of the general nature of the research for which products are purchased. This documentation is used solely to support compliance and account verification. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in a hold on future orders or closure of the account.

6.Prohibited Uses & Misuse

You agree that you will not, and will not permit any other person to:

• Use, administer, or consume any product in or on a human or animal;
• Resell, distribute, or supply any product for human or veterinary use, or in a manner that misrepresents its research-use-only status;
• Use any product in a clinical, diagnostic, or therapeutic setting; or
• Use any product in violation of any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

Titanborn Research does not condone, support, or assume any responsibility for the misuse of its products. Where we become aware of misuse or of materially false information, we reserve the right to cancel pending and future orders, terminate the customer’s account, and report the matter to the appropriate authorities as we deem necessary.

7.Assumption of Risk & Researcher Responsibility

You assume full responsibility for the safe and lawful receipt, handling, storage, use, and disposal of all products, and for compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to you and to your research. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Titanborn Research LLC, and its owners, officers, and affiliates from any claim, loss, liability, or expense arising from your handling or use of any product, or from any breach of this Policy.

8.Product Information & Certificates of Analysis

Purity and identity information is provided based on batch-specific, third-party analytical testing and is intended for research reference only. Certificates of analysis describe the tested characteristics of a given batch and do not constitute any representation that a product is suitable for any in-vivo, clinical, or human-use purpose.

9.Acceptance of This Policy

Placing an order, and completing the acknowledgment presented at checkout, confirms that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Research Use Only Policy & Research Usage Disclaimer, together with our Terms of Service and other posted policies. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.
