Chargeback & Dispute Policy
We want every researcher to be satisfied with their order. If anything is wrong, contact us first — most issues are resolved quickly and directly. This policy explains how we handle billing questions, disputes, and chargebacks.
1. Contact Us First
If you have a question or concern about a charge, an order, a shipment, or a product, you agree to contact Titanborn Research and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it before filing a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or card issuer. The large majority of billing and delivery issues can be corrected directly and far more quickly than the formal dispute process. Reach us at legal@titanbornresearch.com.
2. Payment Authorization
By submitting an order, you represent and warrant that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used, that the billing information you provide is accurate, and that you are knowingly and willingly purchasing the items in your order. You authorize Titanborn Research and its payment processor to charge the payment method for the total order amount, including products, shipping, and any applicable fees.
3. Agreement Not to File Wrongful Chargebacks
So long as a transaction matches the terms under which it was placed, you agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment dispute, stop payment, or fraudulent claim against Titanborn Research. Filing a dispute without first contacting us, or disputing a charge you in fact authorized and received, is considered a wrongful chargeback. This does not waive any rights you may have under applicable law; it reflects your agreement to seek resolution with us directly before involving your card issuer.
4. How We Resolve Issues
When you contact us about an order, we will work with you in good faith to resolve it. Depending on the situation, resolution may include reshipping a wrong or defective item, correcting a billing error, or issuing a refund or store credit where appropriate. Because of the nature of research compounds, returns are generally not accepted except in the case of an incorrect or defective shipment — see our Shipping & Returns policy for details.
5. Responding to Disputes
If a chargeback is filed, Titanborn Research reserves the right to respond with documentation of the transaction, including order records, the research-use acknowledgment accepted at checkout, proof of shipment and delivery, and communication history. We will contest disputes that we determine to be wrongful. Accounts associated with wrongful chargebacks may be restricted or closed, and future orders may be declined.
6. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe your payment method was used without your authorization, contact us immediately at legal@titanbornresearch.com so we can investigate. Genuine cases of fraud or unauthorized use are treated seriously and are not subject to the wrongful-chargeback terms above.
7. Acceptance
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Chargeback & Dispute Policy, along with our Terms of Service and Research Use Only Policy. This acknowledgment is also presented and accepted at checkout.
