1. Product Classification

All products offered by Titanborn Research LLC are research chemicals intended exclusively for laboratory and in-vitro scientific research. These products are not drugs, dietary supplements, medical devices, cosmetics, food products, or products intended for human or animal consumption in any form.

2. Regulatory Status

The research peptides and compounds sold by Titanborn Research LLC have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for safety or efficacy in humans or animals. Titanborn Research does not operate as a 503A or 503B compounding pharmacy and is not licensed as such.

3. Intended Use Restriction

All products are sold with the express condition that they will be used solely for legitimate scientific research in appropriate laboratory settings by qualified researchers. Products must not be administered to humans or animals, used in clinical or therapeutic applications, compounded for human or veterinary administration, or resold for any purpose other than further legitimate scientific research.

Nothing on this website, in our product descriptions, blog content, marketing materials, or any Titanborn Research communication constitutes medical advice, a claim that any product treats or cures any disease, an endorsement of off-label use, or a representation that any compound is safe or effective for human use. 5. Buyer Qualification

By placing an order with Titanborn Research LLC, Buyer represents that they are at least 18 years of age, purchasing solely for legitimate in-vitro or laboratory research, have verified the legal status of purchased compounds in their jurisdiction, understand that compounds have not been approved by the FDA for human or veterinary use, and will not administer any purchased compound to any human or animal.

6. Quality and Testing Standards

Titanborn Research enforces a minimum 99%+ purity threshold on all products. Every batch is independently tested by Vanguard Laboratory — an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited, A2LA certified U.S. laboratory. A batch-specific Certificate of Analysis is provided with every order, verifiable via QR code linking to the laboratory’s hosted results. While we maintain rigorous quality standards, all research chemicals should be handled with appropriate laboratory safety precautions.

7. Safe Handling

All products must be stored according to label conditions, handled using appropriate personal protective equipment in a suitable laboratory environment, disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations governing research chemical waste, and kept out of reach of children and unauthorized individuals.

8. Limitation of Liability

Titanborn Research LLC shall not be liable for any harm, injury, loss, or damage arising from misuse, improper handling, unauthorized use, or use for purposes other than legitimate scientific research of any product sold by Titanborn Research. This limitation applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Labeling

All products shipped by Titanborn Research are labeled “For Research Use Only — Not For Human Consumption” on primary and secondary containers. Buyer agrees not to remove, alter, or obscure any label or disclaimer on any Titanborn Research product.
